Apples - Harvest Schedule

We offer several varieties of apples. Some apples are better to eat alone, some are great for baking and cooking, and some are good for anything! We have both tart and sweet flavored apples.

Gala: Light red in color, on the smaller size, flavor is sweet and crisp. (Eat)

Golden Supreme: Pale yellow in color, medium to large, flavor is sweet and crisp. (Eat, bake, cook, sauce)

Red Delicious: Dark red in color, medium size, flavor is sweet and crisp, but this is a softer apple. (Eat)

Golden Delicious: Yellow-Green in color, medium to large, flavor is sweet and crisp, also a softer apple. (Eat, bake, cook, sauce)

Crispin: Also called Mutsu. Green in color, large in size, flavor is sweet and very crisp! (Eat, bake, cook)

Macintosh: Red and green in color, on the smaller size, flavor is tart, this is a softer apple. (Eat, sauce)

Jonagold: Red with green undertones in color, large in size, flavor is sweet and crisp. (Eat, bake, cook)

Stayman: Also called Winesap. Red in color, medium to large, flavor is tart and rich. (Eat, bake, cook, sauce)

Fuji: Red in color, medium to large, flavor is sweet and crisp. (Eat, bake, cook)

Pink Lady: Also called Cripps Pink. Red-Pink in color, small to medium in size, flavor is sweet-tart. (Eat, bake, cook)

Cameo: Red striping over yellow undertone in color, medium to large in size, flavor is sweet-tart and crisp. (Eat)
